They are not personalised medical advice and may not reflect the latest evidence, product status, local law, or your health circumstances.
8. User Content and licence
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant Vial AI a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, analyse, and transform User Content solely to operate, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service and the features you choose to use.

Paid plans may be offered through Apple, Google, Stripe, or other payment providers. The relevant platform or payment provider handles billing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and taxes unless we state otherwise. Subscription features may change over time.
11. Third-party services
Vial AI may integrate with third-party services such as cloud hosting, AI providers, analytics, payment processors, Apple Health, wearable platforms, or support tools. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
12. Intellectual property

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
